Anything that takes place in an individual or group session/workshop is held in complete confidentiality with respect. What goes on in each session or workshop is between you and your facilitator or practicioner. It is the indiviuals freedom of choice whether or not to share their experiences with others; we believe freedom of expression is vital in sustaining healthy growth all around.
